Still can't get on the water

    First and foremost, please make sure you have the latest version of Flash installed as this is a requirement for the Seachart to load.

    As of recent updates in Browsers, you may now be required to enable Flash. A step by step guide can be found by viewing Step 4 of the official Adobe flash help page;     https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html

    Then please could you try deleting your Flash cookies and cache, this is different from the regular browser cache.

    From the link below, please click "delete all sites" on the tool there, this will delete the entirety of the cache. Once done please restart your browser and try again.

    Ahoy,

    Having tested your account, I myself am on the water using a Windows PC as can be seen:

    This means that the issue is not with your account but rather your computer.

    What part are you getting stuck at? Does it just show a black page? If so you may need to enable Flash player as described above. Does it get stuck at 54%, 58%, etc?

    i was tryin to get on with my macpro n cant my normal laptop comes on but its slow as ..... u know if any1 else is haveing trouble gettin on on their macpro?
