I have arsk support to bann my ship one year because I feel stjupid spend 8 yers spend allot of euro still see old and news bot players 1bilion perls for 30 euro for plzzz bann my chip one yer from now

Support generally does not delete game or portal accounts.
Inactive accounts are deleted automatically after 30 days.

If you have a premium account, it will not be deleted at all.
Please also note, that you may choose to delete game accounts yourself through the Bigpoint portal is you are in position of a Bigpoint account.

How do I delete the Game Account within Bigpoint?
1.) Log into www.Bigpoint.com
2.) Go to “My Bigpoint”-->”My Games”-->”Edit my Games”
3.) A Page will open where you can see each Game Account connected to your Bigpoint Account and by clicking on it a Popup will be opening and asking you if you want to cancel the game.
4.) Press “Cancel game” and it is done.

Portal-Accounts currently can not be completely deleted.

You can manually edit your Data out of the account and we are working on a account-deletion button.

Accounts will not be banned just because a pirate does not wish to sail for a year. As stated above it would become inactive, which would then mean eventual deletetion, but if you left for a year and it was then reactivated, some of your equipement, ammo, pirates and buffs would also then be drastically reduced, due to going through the system deletion program and these would not be replaced for you.
