Still stuck on level 1

    Hi,
    Sorry to post again here, but i think that i'm waiting too much time to get my problem solved.
    Like i said before on: http://pt.bigpoint.com/seafight/board/threads/mission-level-failed.15374/

    I'm still waiting to get level up or to reset my pirate mission quest.
    The support only say that cannot do anything until the programmers solve all the issues with the pirate and event quests.

    I'm stuck on level 1 on my Global 3: 281/41352783

    And also i'm stuck on level 3 on Global 2 166/41935733.
    Both problems appeared on the same time, because like i had the first problem on level 1, i tried the global 2...

    PLEASE somebody help-me... That is very frustrating because i'm loosing the events along these past 30 days (yes 30 days since that problem appeared).

    I'm stuck on level 1 on my Global 3: 281/41352783

    For this account you will need to contact the support team of the language you are playing under.

    And also i'm stuck on level 3 on Global 2 166/41935733.

    This account at this time has been moved to a level 3 pirate and you should be able to take quests and tests again on this one.

    The global 2 account it's OK. :)

    Could you give me the reason why you do not reset the mission level 1 on my global 3 account?
    I'm asking you that, because the portuguese support don't do anything... Along these 30 days i've sent to them 7 emails and the response was always the same:
    ("The problem it's general, sorry but we cannot do anything. Please wait for the next patchday because the programmers working on the issue.").

    Anyway, i will try again to see if they do something with the global 3 account.
    (Now i can see the light on the end of the tunnel) .

    The reason is if you are playing under another languages flag, we can not take action on that account. It is like stepping on other teams toes.

    I am sorry but that is the rules we have to follow.

    I don't knew these rules. Next time i will only play with english flag. :p
