    Yep same here, so since its been this way since the event has started and i cant make any progress to get the rewards everyone else is IM done, I quit, you wont be seeing another cent out of me or me on the server, I'll make sure others know about this as well and just how many problems this game has. Thanks too the forum mods for their help though in trying to keep everyone updated.

    I'm tires of trying to get on as well. Spent 5 hrs yesterday trying to enjoy the event, only to get logged out after 15 minutes of playing.

    i wish that they can make sync and sort of this problem...
    last time 15min restart and game is in this position...
    we cant reach the seacheart...

    Yes totally agree with all the above, error after error, cant get on cant take part in event and yes compensation??? sat here for hours trying to get on only to have permanent logout keep resetting, when logout cant get back on, come on guys people pay you enough to play

    Ahoy mates,

    This is a known issue, however, try this:

    open up the water page, but immediately minimize it and look at the home page for a minute, then pull up the water page this works for me.
