Storage Trove and Missing Cannon Slots/Cannons

Okay I logged onto usa east , as always after a Patch I check the cannons and such (common area of mishaps) and now it says 0/6 cannons slots and 0/0 Sails ? It has kicked my 21 level 5 60's off the main deck but left my 100 voodoo there is something wrong here not even tested damage but global says it is cut in half.

Upon checking yes Cannon Damage is cut by 50% . Please fix and please dont tell us it gona take time. Undo the changes and let them work the code OFFLINE again

 

It seems some of the issue is fixed but still lacking 10 or so cannons on main deck. The counter being reset or whatever just happen has still not fixed the dmg 7.3 without powders with hollows and now 3.3 k . I dont care what it says in trove I care the fact that we all have spent a ton of money to upgrade and what not and you all take our damage.

This needs to be correct ASAP , you all are gona program yourselves out of a job when everyone quits cause you keep takeing and get nothing for it .

 

There were some technical updated today which caused the servers to be a little unstable and a few problems with damage. The information I have is that this is now resolved.
