Stuck at 44%

Stuck at 44%. I have cleared browsing history and flash player several times... I have shut down, restarted, etc., etc., etc. several times... Still stuck at 44%... I'm apparently not the only one with these troubles. Maybe I should try standing on my head and rubbing my belly while hitting F5?

Anything to make it work Have you tried to update your flash player? also make sure you clear your browser cache, not your browser history. That is important. Make sure you flash player coincides with your browser. Flash Plugin is for everything but IE, Flash Activex is for IE. Please let us know if anything works.

 

I'm trying 5 different computers with 3 different operating systems, trying every combination of clearing cache, history, flash player (fully updated), shutting down, restarting, etc., etc., etc. Late last night I actually squeaked onto the water somehow but was so emotionally drained from the process I had to seek comfort from family and friends. By the time they were finished scolding me for bothering them over an internet game, it had timed out. Ugh.

 

You may wish to try to run CC at this time

Step 1 - Install Ccleaner and open the application

Step 2 – Before you start make sure all browsers are closed

Step 3 – We can now start, after opening the application you will get below window

In this window you will have 2 tab pages, windows and applications

​

​

Step 3 – select tab Windows and press the “Run Cleaner” button

​

Step 4 – after Ccleaner is finished, select tab applications and press the “Run Cleaner” button again.

​

It is mandatory to close the browsers if you forget this that browser will not be cleaned.
