    I've played Atlantis for a long time on my main boat. Even *I* knew that the torpedo loader castle only had to be at level 9 to be maxxed out. I guess the developers finally woke up and changed it. They should also fix the Skill Tree redundancies that have existed forever. There are skills that when you increase from level 49 to 50, there is no change!
