    Been over a week, and 9 emails, and no reply, I usually get a reply withing 5 mins - 1 hour.

    Whats going on?

    No they are not all dead I'm sure most will be pleased to hear :p

    It really depends on the question you are asking however, if a full reply has been given, and there are no updates to the issue, maybe they just are unable to continue to answer the same thing?

    As I've no idea what the issue is though I'm just speculating.
