    Ahoy mate,

    Support is indeed busy and running slower than normal. They hope to be back to normal speed soon. You are not being ignored, I can promise you that. They are just a bit slow and some responses take more time to investigate. I apologize for the delays.

    Hey nimits I know they are slow at the moment with all the transmogrification stuff and all the issues on lag, unworking ammo, unworking scroll rewards, payment issues, chat bans, system not working (oops went listing a little there) but it still does not explain why they can't answer an e-mail in 3 working days (the average waiting time) All people want is that e-mail to confirm the complaints been read and looked into but nope, [edit] instead of focusing on new updates hows about support start getting off [Edit], after all clients come first not the updates and clients aint payed ya millions to do nothing ;)

    Replies will be coming, you need to be patient. I realize it is longer than normal, however, sometimes it does have to be this way for a little bit. I also realize it can be frustrating. However, all inquiries sent in are looked at read, and investigated.

    ~turnip~ Please change your signature to fit the guidelines I laid down your other thread. You have also received a warning for insults.
