    Seeing as my other post was removed.

    We have been suffering of seeing an error message when contacting support for a long time now, can the priority of this issue get increased?

    It just doesn't look good for a company when you get an error message when contacting their support, even if it does go through correctly.

    Yes some get the error message when they contact support but they are going through, this have also be reported to the team.
