    have you closed down the support in scandi server? I dont get any anser from them anymore. first every chat mod gone then the support are you planning on shootdown the server or what? Dont care at al of us............

    Sadly, it have been like that for some years now it can take months before you get an answer. :(
    It is really bad customer care and annoying if you have an urgent problem.

    This has been forwarded. Scandi Support has "technically" been shut down. HOWEVER, they are still answering tickets. It may take a few extra days for them to respond. Please do not send multiple tickets, as this will slow the process even further.
