    Hallo,

    Im wondering of somebody works by support?? i have sent 3 mails sunday and I still got NO answer... You page says support answer in 1 day... Now im waiting 2 days and tomorow is day number 3. Or do you answer only to people that the mods want... Chat mod says sunday to me you got monday a answer because we have no mods to work... I think you fooling me

    I see mods on forum but i dont see mods who give me a answer!!!!

    i still wait to any forum mod to answer Me!!!!! Or any support mod to answer me!!! What you want me to do need i call germany to get a answer??? Shame on you mods(childeren)

    Ahoy,

    Firstly, I would like to remind you that Moderators are normal people who volunteer their time to answer questions here in the forum. As such, I know you are frustrated, however, I would appreciate it if you would please remain respectful and allow us enough time to answer forum posts, two hours is not an unreasonable amount of time to wait.

    Secondly, having spoken to EN Support, they have received no Tickets from yourself. If you have sent Tickets into another language Support you will need to remain patient until you receive an answer. No tickets get lost, deleted or forgotten, so you will get an answer as soon as they are able to respond to you. Writing in the forum or in chat about this will not speed this process up any further.

    .Kenze., again having spoken to EN Support they have assured me that any Tickets sent in by yourself have been replied to. Therefore, please double check the email address you have entered when sending a message to Support and check your spam folder after sending in a ticket. Should you still not receive any replies, please try using a different email address.

    As this is not a discussion thread, the query has been answered and there is no further help I can provide on the forum, this thread shall now be closed.
