    I think the players of Seafight have a right to know why its taking support so unreasonably long to get back to them. Just telling peeps that Support is very busy doesn't solve the problem. If you could at least explain what it is that they are working on that is such more important than customer satisfaction, please enlighten us.

    One of my tickets i sent in back on may 20th, yet to recieve a reply:p
    Although my last ticket i recieved a reply 4 days later.

    I understand the frustration and will submit your concerns.
    As noted, Support is quite inundated when something on the game occurs. While trying to address things individually, often it is important to collect all similar issues and work on them together.


    I am certain that if your ticket was submitted, it will be reviewed and acted upon.
