    I have seen people asking and not getting an answer, just sorry they are busy ect...then post clossed. So what is up with support ? why is it taking you so long to answer... are you short on staff, not getting messages.. what ?

    Ahoy mate,

    Each query sent into support will be answered, some take longer than others and as you stated, support is indeed running slow currently as they are busy. Support covers a multitude of BigPoint games, not just Seafight. They do have a lot going on as there if a variety of stuff which they must cover. Some more time consuming than others. That is why we must ask for you continued patience. Thank you.
