    Are support open on weekends? Will I be able to get a response today? Or are they closed for weekend? :) ty

    On a ticket request form, support aim to get back to you within a 48 hour period. This is the time you might have to wait patiently for them to respond to you :)

    Yes, Support do reply on weekends, although it may take some time :)
