    Hello,

    Unfortunately we can only offer support to our players that are registered under an English speaking country.

    The only concession to this will be where we do not offer support for a language. However as we do offer support in your language please contact your language support in game or use one of these links:

    I did everything message english support , contaced base support and i always get this message. what do i have to do .. support keep spamming with this damn message please help

    If you are registered from a different country then you will need to contact that support team. No one can change the country that they registered in, this is not possible.

    You must contact the support team for the country flag you have when you registered.

    I contacted Support and they noticed is a mistake in my ship and they said i have to wait 1month for unban .. but if ban in mistake i must immediately unban :))

    Maybe if u can do something more advanced in unbanning

    i wish my ship get unbanned because i miss many things from event but i hope i make something last 2days :)
