    I completed the survey last week and was promised 25 chest keys and 25,000 flares for doing so. When will these be added to my account?

    To add to what Scrooge says, when the survey ends and the developers have fixed the coding that books stuff to players account since apparently the voucher code did not work and some people are having problems with stuff being booked to their accounts. That said, the rewards will be booked for everyone at the same time when the developers have finally figured out that 2+2 does not equal 5. ;)
