    i wrote to the support, he said me that they know yet the problem and that they are working out to fix it.

    Is the survey over? If you read the announcement rewards will be posted to account when the survey is closed.

    Ahoy mate,
    Your fellow pirates are correct, once the survey is closed the rewards will be distributed. As the survey does not appear anymore, the rewards will be going out as soon as the dev team has sorted out the issues with distribution. All players will receive the rewards at once.
