    I have been noticing that people are getting these 'surveys' and receiving rewards but I haven't received any survey or pop-up , whats wrong? :(

    It is on a layer when you log on, please try closing your browser, clear cookies and cache and try logging on again. You should then see the pop up layer.

    I've tried.Is the Survey only for specific countries?
