    Ahoy,

System-credited gold is gold which has been added to your boat by the system. This is normally done when you successfully win an item in the Market Cove auction as you will receive 10% of the gold you bid back.

Can you please leave your Server and User ID so this can be looked into for you.

    Ahoy,

After having your boat reviewed, I can now confirm that this gold was added to your boat at 2018-05-20 16:01:02.

Do you have any further queries related to this subject?

    Ahoy,

After having your account reviewed a second time after viewing your image, I have been given the response that it is a logbook visual error and you should not have received the amount of gold listed.

This is because you only bid a total amount of 12,591 Gold, the 8,695,799 Gold listed in your logbook is incorrect and is over 690x higher than the amount you have bid.

We will forward this error to the appropriate people in the hope that this visual error will be corrected as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
