Talentpoints not giving anything

    Hello,

    Ive been checking the new talents on the forum (https://board-en.seafight.com/threads/skill-tree.173826/) and i noticed some points do not give any extra bonus? Why do they even exist then?
    For example point 49 and 50 in Offensive Assault

    You will also notice that some them are not zero but are fractions and the last few skill points don't add a whole one, so these are useless too. For example Extra Arms, the last point is .5 bringing the total to 20.7, so its wasted too.

    I am unable to comment on why they have been designed like this, other than these values have been checked and that is what has been approved.

    If you would like for this to be changed, please post this in the     Idea and Suggestions section of the forum.
