There is no technical issue with quest item drop rate - it usually takes about 20-40 minutes to gather them all.

On this part everything depends on your luck.

May I ask something, why can't I get event points and won't get the rewards from the hidden quest? I have done the submarines and the ships quests and I won't be able to do it?
