    Is it level locked or something? shellshock appears but terra doesn't

    Ahoy,

    After viewing the Black Market on a new level 1 boat, the Terra Ammunition was in the Black Market, so this is not level locked.

    There is a maximum limit of 500,000 which can be purchased, once this limit has been reached you will no longer be able to view the Terra Ammunition in the Black Market.
