    Defeat 10 Stinging Fluyt
    Collect Evidence Quest Item
    Deliver Evidence to Morgan Turner

    Description:

    I'm Morgan Turner - a Chief Inquisitor with the Commonwealth's Nautical Crimes Division. Yer under suspicion of consorting with the scum called Knives McGhee. Or Nelson Murphy. Or the Mad Dog. The bilge rat has many names! Oy, ya think ya can wriggle out of this? Ha, I wanna see ya try!

    End At: Morgan Turner (Map 3)
