Test Problem

This is frustrating... I began my pirate test lvl 7 - 8 this morning by 9 and finished killing all the monsters required within the space of an hour, all that was left were the Tortuga gang ships about 15, but each time I killed a Tortuga gang, it was not counted for in the test...... I killed over 25 Tortuga gang ships but to no avail and by 11 am the Pirate test failure message showed
I am really frustrated cause I wasted precious harpoons on the quest, could something be done about it and if possible be moved to lvl 8 cause I had met the requirement for the test...........

What progress exactly, after destroying more than 30 Tortuga gang ships to know change or count in test...... The test already ended at 11 am this morning

Without knowing how much of the test you had completed there is nothing we can do. At this time there is an issue with the npc counting down, had you completed all other aspects of the test and could provide evidence of this it may have been possible to move you up to the next level.

However with out this we can offer no further assistance.

 

So, what you are insinuating is that I am lying right? You expect me to take pictures or snapshots of my test progress when finding out the counter was not counting near test end, might this be a joke or something... I would try not to be offensive but this is ridiculous.. You banned players over the quest glitch a while back and right now you are evading your own problem, indirectly putting the blame on me for no proof of evidence.... Totally absurd.... So in conclusion, I wasted my time completing a test to no avail due to seafight's error, and with your "However with out this we can offer no further assistance", I am supposed to take it calmly... The last "seafight error" earned players ban but now I am still to suffer this one..... I aint still with this.

So thats all, I would contact support...... But all I can understand is that there is nothing gonna be done about my problem..... To top it up, redoing the test is a wasted effort cause the problem is still not fixed, so what is gotten is no compensation or fixing the problem. Thank you but...... No one is insinuating is that you are lying, you were requested to copy the information needed to verify your claim.

The information required would be the date you started the test and the entries in your log book showing the monsters and ships shot to try to pass this test.

As you have been informed gather this information together. Contact our Customer Care Team, give them your user id, user name, server, test trying to take and the gathered information.

They will be able to deal with this or advise you on the update of this problem.
