Thats your answer?

    I'm just curious, There is a player asking a somewhat simple question on thread "
    Somthing wrong with chests? "

    Is that answer seriouslly acceptable? Not only do you not mention 'chests' even once, but the last words are saying " dont send petty rewards questions to support (which i agree ). But for this players simple question your telling him to mail support.and closed his thread so other players cant even explain it to him. Honestlly this is an example of lazy, not careing 'what ever' attitude. the other forum mods put effort, why cant you.

    Totally agree... I got the same generic answer that didn't address my question about no scroll pieces in the cauldron and they closed it so I can't even explain

    You may find the forum mods may not have been able to answer the players question and support would need to review the question/account and provide detailed feedback to that specific player instead of other players jumping on the thread and then no one getting the answer they needed.

    A player can voice their concerns I agree, however they should search the forum first for the issue they are experiencing which would hopefully provide the answer/process to follow to their problem. If not then a thread can be created.

    The answer the moderator gave is the information we are given. If any player wishes his rewards to be reviewed he would have to contact our support team stating the time, including the posts from the log book and what exactly he felt he was missing.

    There was no other response that the moderator was given permission to state. Remember that all the team work to strict instructions and they assist the players to the best of their abilities at all times.

    We do not leave posts open for "other players cant even explain it to him", the reason for this is once a moderator has sent a player to support we are then unable to assist and have to follow our rules of closing a post, so a moderator is the last to post a response.

    Whilst you may be mad at the game or bp, do not shoot the messenger.

    With that said as this is not a technical question I will close this post. If you feel that you have further feedback on my comments please feel free to open a post in the general feedback section of the forum.
