The 13th level, Highest level obtainable for new players

New players, apparently are not allowed to proceed past the 13th level. Please correct me if I am wrong. But my understanding is that experience points don't count. You need to do every quest to advace to the next level. Boarding the Karkinos is completly above a new players ability. The only way that you can board it is to have 15,000 boarding bonus points, which you cannot attain without having all elite pirates and equipment, which takes a lot of pearls. These pirates and equipment are gone almost the moment you get on the water for right off the bat your sunk by another player which means you have lost your pirates and equipment: And new players are not alowed to have rpwboats or life preservers. I have spent over 100 dollars and haven't gotten anywhere. I haven't evan been able to find the Karkinos on level 9 or 10. Whenever I start to look I am sunk. I don't believe that I have the power to get the Karkinos down to boarding level. That takes a lot of elite amunition which is unaffordable to waste which it woud be if anoter player finally sank you and took the Karkinos for themself. Why are new players not allowed to advance past the 13th level

 

While hard for free players to obtian 15,000 bonus, it is possible, especially if you have gotten at least a few gem bags.

How I'd try do it is to have a preset with boarding gems and all your good pirates+gear and switch to that when you need to board

I totally dissagree. You need gold pirates + gold eq + boarding gem on pet or ship and that's enough. If its not - due to your pirate slots - then you can alway collect some glitters for extra mojos and gain elite eq this way.
Karkinos can be found at 8 and 9 maps not 10 m8ty. Best way would be to ask some1 to help you out with the dmg on it. Players who are doing Trophy Quests have to defeat 3 Karkinos per day so chance to get boarding from atleast one is very high.

 

I am sorry but I have to disagree. Your fellow pirates are correct while not easy is it doable with the suggestions they provided.

I lvld upp to 13 a few days ago as a free to play player it's not that hard just bid in elite equipment in the market for gold. Never sail around with elit equipent then other players will just kill your pirates. Just put it on when you are about to board the krakinos.
