The Debuffs.

I sure wish the debuffs were more punishing in their design. The guy below runs at least two ships (that use help). I have reported him over the years countless times with no luck. On the morning of 8/12, I saw him again with a Level-4 Scar debuff. I was pleasantly shocked. I was glad he got caught. But I was disappointed it took years to get one of his boats. And I was also saddened to see he shot the Raven's Omen in the picture and was still able to hit 600k per volley on the npc. That hardly seems like punishment to me. I logged back in just now (about 10 hours later), and one of the first players I see again is who do you think? Oh well, at least he finally got some punishment. That is my feedback. Thank you.

 

It seems they dont care about cheathers since they are not stopped by them or us.
I wrote some reason why in the past and of course it got deleted.Yes truth really hurts.
I did got a screen shot from one witn a reload time over...50.000 +!
