Rymar: I must make one quick but important point to your comment: "The thread in question raised points and problems within the game that have been already forwarded and we've given any information we have regarding this to the players.

We have been encountering more and more toxicity within the forum and we are trying to combat this."

What I said was still true, and reported a dozen times for a year, and what has been done? Nothing. The "toxic" aspect you mentioned is because the players are extremely frustrated that nothing is done. My point on the "Visual Glitch" problem (ongoing for many months) makes the game extremely messed up trying to fight in PvP. I know you can only forward the information, but if we stop complaining then our 1% chance of things being fixed goes to 0%. At this point I may get banned, and if so, I accept it and will just stop playing. I am trying to help; not just buy a bot and never complain like 90% of people are now doing. If you care about this game, then I think you can appreciate this point of view.

    Ahoy The*Defiant!

I do not wish to continue an endless back and fourth about the thread in question but I will answer this one.

We understand your frustrations as we also play the same game.

The "visual glitch's" you encounter are what we consider to be a minor error and at this moment very low on the list of issues.

Though this is still an issue and we make sure its forwarded and brought up it should have little to no affect on actual gameplay.

With regards to your feedback, we take our time reading and passing on all and any feedback so long as it is accurate and useful.

We appreciate players taking their time to come to the forum or discord to report issues so that we can make sure its passed on.

Please try to be patient as the developers are under a lot of pressure with all the upcoming changes.

This is by no means an excuse for there being errors but as players without fun and interactive events there would be no game, so if while they cant fix a bug or error straight away they are always working hard to improve the game.

Lastly with regards to what was said before the forum is to be a safe and friendly place for all and though someone may have a great idea or suggestion if it is posted in a manner that makes its seem slanderous or hostile then it is no good to anyone.

In my opinion for future posts/threads always keep the posts clean and pleasant, this may be hard when it can be very frustrating but if you follow the rules and have patience we try to make sure that every time an issue is posted its forwarded.

    Rymar
