Regarding the Elemental quests (your HP one) there are indeed a few to pick Earth, Fire, Water, Wind.

You selected Earth and that's the buff you keep for the entire Phase 2.

Once Phase 3 will be released, you will be able to change your elemental quest (and buff) again.

This can be found in the FAQ bit:

Elemental Buffs​

Once each phase, when talking to Eona Norling, you can complete a quest which will give you an elemental buff.​

You can only choose one quest; once it has been completed all others will be cancelled.​

Each elemental buff will provide you with different benefits:

• Fire Essence grants you 35% Damage
• Wind Essence grants you 16.5% Speed
• Earth Essence grants you 20% Hitpoints
• Water Essence grants you 5% Dodge Chance

The buff will be removed at the end of the phase, regardless of when you receive it.

There are two options that could be causing you to still see the quest once it has been completed.

1) A visual bug, because you cant do two or more of these quests per phase.
2) A bug that has occurred on your account, which will require Support assistance.

Thanks. I know I have the right to contact Support. Your permission is not required. That said, they won't do anything about it (as you know). You definitely need lessons in being tactful.

A player asked how to get the "Sentinel of the Seas" design? The FAQs states "event completion". What does that mean?

Sentinel of the Seas can be obtained as a reward from the final quest (phase 1).

Event completion is a huge task which require you to do some NPCs, damage on admiral, damage on volcano and many more which can be seen in the event menu (Star on the left of in-game shop) - all rewards listed at the bottom will be given once player finishes all tasks.

I have corrected our event FAQ as it displayed the ship designs incorrectly (Sun Ray - event completion reward, Sentinel of the Seas - quest reward).

Explanation: When my initial 7-day elemental choice expired, I was watching it tick down the last few seconds. When I went to QG Norling, there were no quests available. Fast-forward 24 hours and they were available. This may be by design, which I understand. I must have erred somehow in the way I (accidentally) chose the second buff. No problem there. But she does show that quest "grayed-out". I understand that too, but just didn't know why the quest now shows. I suppose that ultimately, it doesn't matter. But it is confusing. I will just ignore it and hope that when buff #2 expires, she goes "green".

Thanks - I will pass that along to the player. (I didn't see a "Star", but did find the list under "Elemental Champion" under the Event icon).

It seems that Elemental quests started 1 day before the Phase 1 quest line, that's why at some point you could select a buff and then when Phase 1 changed into Phase 2 you could select them again.

Note for the future: Only accept one Elemental Quest when the next phase begins, and with any issue as stated before, contact Support so they can look at it and resolve your issue (if quest will be not there for example).

is the group map function where you pick your role (tank/healer/dps) broken just for me? i have done the map many times now and tried all 3 roles but the suposed buffs and debuffs each one should get just don't apply at all. i can notice it clearly between tank and dps there should be a difference of 50% dmg reduction but i take the same damage on either role. also, on topic of dmg, what are the devs thinking with just how much dmg the npcs on this map do?? like i have tested, evasion is useless as i take the same dmg with bullwark on + an extra 40ish% from my hybrid setup and my main tank setup that has almost no evasion and w/o bullwark. having said that, i have 119.5% dmg reduction on my tank setup, with aventurine gem and superarmor plates i still take over 60k dmg from the boss. i can still manage, but i feel bad for newer players that have less dmg reduction, specially since you need to complete the map 15 times for the event completion reward

 

FWIW, I also saw the 'greyed out' quest during phase 1 after I had completed it. I haven't checked if it is still there in phase 2, but I will try to remember to do that. So, it may be more than a glitch on a specific player.

 

I just paid for group map , timer went down to 0 and i didnt get teleported in. 7 ancient emblems gone ?? What is this ?

Is it by design or is it an error in the Norse Navigator Rankings that the little ships have such a high point value compared to the larger ships? The little ships have 12M HP and the Defender has 600M HP and the little are worth 100 points and the Defender is only worth 750. Most events i recall that the points are more closely tied to the HP value, so if the Defender is 600m HP and is worth 750 points the little ships being 12m HP or 1/50th the HP would be worth ~15 points not 100.

Crystal Skulls can be obtained as a loot from some NPCs within the Dance of Death group map, at the moment we have no further information as to where or how these could be used.

One would think there would be a definite linear relationship here, but apparently not.

 

my kids would like to know if the dance of death figure is available for purchase in the game store?! If so i might actually spend money on such item. does it come with a cloak

Death Dance Diva is a pet which can be obtained only from the second phase final quest.

hey buddy, yes i mean like an actual figure, such as one you find at a retail outlet like a yoda or a spiderman plush doll. Well the kids want a dance of death diva as you call it, so is there a dance of death plush doll? it would look so cute under the christmas tree.
