    Now that this nice feature has been introduced, I want to ask if it is available at all times (if you get lucky) when a person chooses to buy a "Captain's Chest", OR is it only available when this is announced-->Captain's Chest Sale?

    Map Maker perk can be obtained anytime you open a Captain / Massive Captain Chest.
