    How do we do the quests to get emblems? The quest giver is not in any of the safe havens. (asking for a friend)..;)

    Ahoy,

    I have just checked myself, and can see the Rift quest givers are also available in SH-9 on Int13.

    As this problem has been corrected, this thread shall now be closed.
