    The last time I reported this issue, I was told "we checked it and it's fine, no problems"! Okay - here it is again (on the former U.S. East server), and again, it doesn't work. Attached are the poster's message, and what I got back when I tried to report it. It seems like an important violation to me.

    Hello there Pirate,

    The report option within chat IS working and as intended, I have personally checked it myself.

    Please be aware that you can only report a player if they are currently on line and active in chat at the precise moment you attempt to report.

    Also for your future reference, for severe violations of chat rules it is recommended that reporting of that nature be carried out through support.
