    The number of players is decreasing considerably, and there is nothing we can do about it.

    Unfortunately the support team has benefited certain players by not applying the bot penalty.

    Why are weak accounts always affected?

    We don't see accounts with high points suffer this effect.

    Why is it that the accounts that are always vying for the first position in the league, with elite points that are humanly impossible to be made, don't suffer penalty?

    How is it possible for a player to make 1 billion elite points without using a bot?

    You are killing the game.
