Torpedo Range (Atlantis)

    Besides using the Skill Tree, Castle, and Windstorms, how can a player obtain a range of 47? (There is no Maximum Value Table for Atlantis).

    Wow - well then, now I am really confused! I spied two different players yesterday who both had range stats of 47. With that much range combined with high speed, they are virtually untouchable.

    Are you saying that I should report them???

    No, this is regular range on Submarine - which is bigger than ships - you stated "besides the..." so I simply told you that you named the most range changing factors.

    Cabin Boy [crew]: 3
    Sub Base Value [base]:20
    Unseen Enemy [castle]: 10
    Windstorm [action item]: 33%
    Course Projection [skill]: 10.2%
    Torpedo Operator Level 3 [crew]: 3%

    Max range: 47.92

    Hope that answers your query.

    I have all of the above (except the "Unseen Enemy" castle) and my range is only 33. That is a difference of 14 squares. That castle increases range by 10%. How can that add 14 squares?

    Yes - my mistake! So, if that would give me 33 + 10 = 43, where does the remaining 4 squares come in? (And I have the Level 3 Torpedo Operator, Cabin Boys, etc.).

    Excellent! Where can we get the "Yellow Eggmarine" design? And in your list above, I didn't see the "Unseen Enemy" castle. In it's place is "Yellow Eggmarine". So would "Unseen Enemy" extend the range beyond 47.92? [I think you said 47.92 is the max, but the list above shows it wthout the castle added. And you show a Level 2 Torpedo Operator. The Level 3 guy adds 1 <-(is this %?) more to the range. And does the "Yellow Eggmarine" skin add 20 squares or 20% to the range]?

    Unseen Enemy display as "blank" the one below Torpedo Operator.

    Yellow Eggmarine? Damn! Now you know which sub I am using haha!

    Yellow Eggmarine was available during last year Easter event. Each sub no matter which design is +20 range.

    Overall range would be around 48 or very close to 48 as the difference between the level 2 and 3 operator is just +1%.

    I see...I was misreading the stats on the design. (I remember there was an Epricum ship skin that actually gave a player faster repair, so that was what I was thinking). Thank you so much. You may close this thread.
