Treasure Chest Keys. Buy Anymore?

Given the reports on the forum that players are opening up event and regular Treasure Chests and they are unreliable in regards to rewards showing up in their log book and also posting that Support is unable to reimburse those lost rewards.

Should we even buy Treasure Chest and Event Treasure Chest Keys anymore?

Would it be better from a consumer/customer standpoint to just remove these items from the marketplace and black market until this is resolved?

 

Indeed buy those keys both regular and event, if at anytime you did not receive anything your only recourse is to contact Seren or another Mod and if they can look into it then contact support. I do not believe for one minute that support cant do anything, it's their game and they do as they please, also, do you believe everything you read from different players? There are many aspects of this game that are constantly under review and if this is one of them just be patient with the system as we all are.

When the same issue is posted repeatedly by different players I'd sure like to make sure it is fixed before using those items which are expensive to me.

Many issues with this game have not been addressed and with the actions and inaction it does not instill a lot of faith.
