    I just recently used one and went there and all I saw was a giant turtle (like the one in 5/1) and I was the only one there. It did not appear that there was anything to "win". What is the purpose of this item?

    Ahoy,

    The Turtle Tome as you quite rightly said allows you to access the Cassiopeia Chaos map where a Cassiopeia resides. This is a map which anyone in the same guild can join. Inflicting 50,000,000 damage on this NPC will spawn a wave of other NPCs on the map which you can shoot for rewards in peace away from other pesky pirates.
