    May you please inform me of the location of your boat when you are trying to use this item? You can not use the Turtle Tome while in the Raid, Bonus Maps or Safe Havens.

    Ahoy,

    Are you using the Light of Tortuga, shooting or very recently been shot at? These will also stop you from using the Turtle Tome.

    Ahoy,

    My apologies for forgetting to mention this earlier, England 1 (39) does not still have the Cassiopeia's Might active. This item can only be used when the Cassiopeia's Might is active on your server.

    You must wait for the Server to reach the damage target in order to activate the Cassiopeia's Might again.
