Unable to change my E-mail listed on my account

    Ahoy, after completing step 1 by providing my new E-mail address, I never get an E-mail with the security link. I've tried many times for several months now but am still not able to change my listed E-mail address. (I tried contacting support but I only get an error message).

  2. Keep in mind, there is a glitch at present with the support function. It will show an error message when you send your request. The request itself, however, will be received. This is currently being worked on.

    When contacting, please be sure to include your name and user id, your old email address, and the new one that you are attempting to switch to. Please do not send multiple tickets.

    Please give it a couple of more days for a response. The support team are the only ones who can fix this problem.
