Unable to Purchase Freedom Packs

    Hi. it is my understanding that we are allowed to purchase the Freedom Packs 2x's. I purchased them once on Global America2 during Oct. Freedom event, but when I go to purchase them again during the Nov. event it says:
    This pack is currently not available.
    It's possible that you already own this pack or it's not available in your country.
    Are we not able to purchase the Freedom Packs 2x's anymore?
