Unable to select or use elite ammo, unable to log back on water.

As of this post I am still unable to play the event.

Problem one I buy elite ammo, but can not finish shooting npc or use ammo for bout 20 minutes.

Problem two I get sunk and not able to get back on sea chart.

Problem three I am not getting rewards when I am able to sink a npc.

Now I have tried every silly suggestion from changing browsers, to F5, clearing cache. I have more than one pc and nothing works.

I did not want to hi jack anyones thread, and suffer a personal attack.

I find the event very challenging and fun. I like the payouts. I am spending too much time repairing, putting on sails and waiting for ammo to cool down so I can use it.

I have had tickets in since February, and I get automated responses. Could someone please inform support that they have broken links. The problem doesn't go away if you ignore it. Just the players. So far I see a very lackluster showing of players. Please only post things that work if you must reply.

I am really sorry, and I'm running out of ways to say the same thing, but all these things you have reported are being worked on. I know that is small consolation, but it really is the best that I have at this time.
