unban chat please...

My user id is 42003986. I play on usa east. I am a lvl 5 pirate and lvl 21 elite (121'695'833 / 130'411'761). I was banned from global for apparently sharing accounts. My ban reads as follows:
System: You were banned by Administrator! You have been banned for breaking the terms and conditions regarding buying/selling/trading/sharing accounts. For more information please post in the chat section of the forum. https://board-en.seafight.com/forums/chat.687/

This was my comment (made in a whisper to another player):
my wife started this boat around sept of 14, its lvl 21 elite, i do want the 27 but its gonna take a minute

Now support is well aware of the fact that my wife and I both have played on this account. We informed support of such in the past when we emailed them about payment issues we were having with our account. We had used her credit card as well as mine to make in-game purchases, and one of the payments did not go through. We explained in the email that we were a married couple and that we both use the account. They did not have a problem with the fact that we were a married couple and play on the same account. Under contract of law we are recognized as one entity. So I do not share,trade, nor sell accounts. Also, today I am the only one that plays. My wife lost interest in this game months ago. So I am hoping you will recognize the unfairness of this ban and please remove it. Thank you for any help in this matter.

 

It is against the terms and conditions of Seafight to share account details/passwords. Regardless of this being with a family member or not. I have linked to the appropriate section in the terms of service. Which you can find here.

By stating in chat and again on this post that both you and your wife play(ed) this account it appears that you are in breach of these terms, therefore this ban is valid and will stand.
