Unfair Bans

    You say go to customer care and they reply all bans are final. This is [Edit], you guys do nothing at all. FIX THE DAMN GAME and stop banning people for your screw ups in the game. They keep adding [Edit] so we have to pay and when they screw up you do nothing . We post tech issues here and you do nothing but send us to customer care and they know it is a tech issue, get better people to fix the game and stop screwing it up. And yes u will do nothing except close and thats all you do.

    Please watch your language on the forum. This is a verbal warning.

    Players were not banned for anything that was wrong with the game. Players were banned for using cheats and glitches which are against the rules. Any further query will need to be taken up with support. We do not have the tools or the permissions to help you with a ban.

    As for sending you to support, just like players, we have rules we must follow as well. Support has always dealt with account bans. This is not new. You will have to abide by these rules. We cannot help as we are not allowed to. And you are correct, this thread will be closed as we cannot help with account bans. I am sorry you feel this way but, we have to follow our rules as well.
