    Hi,Since downloading new stand alone client I have been unable to get on the water. After a white screen a few minutes later I get the home page and log in. However, When pressing on play nothing happens and as such I cannot play game. I need help to access game play thank you

    Have had a restart for patch day and still down game client get bad gateway, on browser can log into homepage but get lost connection.

    Ahoy,

    This is a known issue which occurs after a restart for about 30-45mins, it is being investigated by the system admins, at the present time however, this should all now work again.
