    Unspyable Usernames​

    We remind you that only UTF-8 characters are allowed within a Username.

    Many players use special characters not recognised by the system and thus not identifiable via the spy system.

    To ensure all usernames can be spied within the game, players are asked comply with this rule. We strongly recommend that these players make this change on their own.

    Players who are not able to make this change on their own due to a name change cooldown, can request assistance from the Support Team. Failure to comply with this request will result in Support changing the username. So again we recommended you do this yourself so you have a decision on the appearance of your name.

    If Support do have to change the Username for a player and assistance is not requested, then the player will have to wait for the name change cooldown to expire normally before they can change it.

    Support shall wait until Friday 14th May at 12 noon before changing any further usernames which cannot be spied in order to give you a chance to change them yourself or contact Support for assistance. After this time, when a username is reported to Support, the name shall be changed without delay.
