    Update regarding the login issues
    Ahoy pirates,

    We are thrilled to announce that our servers are now up and running again, and the DDoS issue has been resolved! We want to extend our sincerest gratitude for your unwavering support and patience during this challenging time.

    The relentless efforts of our skilled engineers and security experts have successfully mitigated the DDoS attack, allowing us to restore normal gameplay.

    As a token of our appreciation for your understanding, we have decided to extend the current "Voodoo Hunt" event until the 29th at 12 noon local server time. Dive back into the adventure and make the most of this extended opportunity!

    But that's not all! We understand that the disruptions caused by the attack may have impacted your experience, and as a gesture of goodwill, we will be offering a compensation package for all our dedicated players in the upcoming days since we are still experiencing some package creation issues.

    Within the next day or two, you'll receive some exclusive in-game goodies that will help you on your quest and enhance your gaming experience.

    Ahoy Pirates,

    Over the past two days, our game servers encountered unexpected technical difficulties, resulting in an unforeseen outage that prevented many players from logging in. We understand how frustrating and inconvenient this must have been for you, and for that, we sincerely apologize.

    In light of this situation, the development team has carefully considered the impact on the player community. To maintain fairness and ensure that no one is unfairly penalized, we have decided to extend the debuff duration for all affected players by an additional 2 days. This extension will compensate for the time lost during the server outage, providing everyone with a fair chance to continue their adventures without undue disadvantage.

    In addition, we want to inform you that while our technical team has resolved the major server issues, we are still working to address some lingering problems with certain internal services. At this moment, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide compensation vouchers immediately. However, please rest assured that we are actively working towards rectifying the situation, and we will make every effort to issue compensation vouchers as soon as possible.
