Validate e-mail

    Hi Can someone walk me through the process of validating e-mail. I got a pop up saying if I validated i would get month premium etc. I have tried several times to validate by first the e-mail and clicking on the validate part when it is pinged back to me, then the same with password. It then says congratulations you have updated e-mail and password However, when I log in I still get the pop up and not received the rewards. Obviously, I am either doing something wrong or the system is not working properly. Thank you My sever is US1 ID 40/30341530

    I have the same problem and have tried changing my password and changing my email but nothing works still follows the box to validate my e-mail

    Ahoy mates,

    If you tick the box which says "do not show again" then the box should not appear again. However, as far as rewards not being received, you will need to contact customer care with this issue. Thank you,
