validate email

    I'm sorry you are experiencing this error, have you checked your [SPAM] / Junk Folder, to see if the "Change of Data", was mistakenly sent there?

    If your confirmation Email is not in your spam or junk folder either, you can try adding mail@email.bigpoint.com to your contacts, doing this may allow the emails to come through.

    sorry not in the spam/junk. i did add the email to the contacts but not a thing.??

    You could check with your isp. A lot of providers will block mails based on criteria and one of those criteria happens to be a "no reply" address. Ask them if they are blocking our no reply email and ask them to release the mails to you.

    Looks like all good with isp. So its on your end. Sill no reply in email. I have done everything. So now what?

    You will need to contact our Customer Care Team, to see if your email address has been placed upon the black list. We can not deal with this on the forum as you will need to issue your email address.
