Voucher frost keys

    Hello SF-Team,

    I used the Frost-Key voucher on three boats, all on US East server. Although it was said that a script has been run to add the keys to the account. To my knowledge (e.g. When I look at the amount of frost keys in my account(s)), I never got them.

    19.12.2013 15:13:08 Goods purchased: 0 x Frost key

    UserID: 3819357
    19.12.2013 15:41:07 Goods purchased: 0 x Frost key

    UserID: 3276615
    19.12.2013 15:24:50 Goods purchased: 0 x Frost key

    I would be greatfull if you could check and eventually solve the issue and add the keys to my account.

    I have been told that a script was run and all accounts were given these keys although there would not be a log book entry for this.

    There fore there is nothing further I can do.
