    last month I inquired about a broken quest on this line where the devourer is not spawning. I have been asked to enquire about an update towards the resolution of this issue as there are numerous players keen to do this quest.

    Please can we get an update from the developers as to where abouts they are at with fixing this issue. thanks in advance

    Unfortunately, I am unable to give you an estimated time at which this issue will be fixed. We do not get given lengthy explanations on problems; it is either working or not working, and I think we all agree working is the preferred option.

    We know and understand your frustration, but in this case, this is regrettably not something that can be resolved with a quick fix. This issue will be corrected as soon as possible, and I know you've already been advised of this, but you will need to continue to remain patient.

    Again, we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you and hope you will continue to enjoy the game.
